Refund & Return Policy

At Dynzo, customer satisfaction matters to us.
Please read our refund and return rules carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect size delivered (if ordered correctly)

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Used or worn shoes
  • Size issues due to customer selection
  • Minor color/texture variations
  • Clearance/sale items

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@Dynzo.in with your order ID, pictures, and reason.
  • Our team will verify and approve/reject the request.
  • Once approved, courier pick-up will be arranged (if available) or customer may need to ship back.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method OR
  • Store credit (in special cases)

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the product.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
