- Any additional courier charges (remote locations) will be communicated.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier company name
- Live tracking link (if available)
4. Order Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Delays may occur during festivals or high-order periods.
5. Incorrect Address
Dynzo is not responsible if:
- The customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address
- Courier delivery fails due to customer unavailability
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.
- If damage is due to courier mishandling, we will assist in replacement.
